World Can't Wait is launching it's Orange Revolution for every Friday until the war ends. Iraq Moratorium wants us to wear black every third Friday, beginning Sept. 21. So what if we look like it's Halloween. Start up conversations with strangers. You may be happily surprised at the outcome.
